Argentinian coach Marcelo Bielsa has helped improve the Uruguay national team since joining as coach last summer.

Real Madrid midfielder Federico Valverde has praised Marcelo Bielsa for helping improve his players’ mental balance. Since the 68-year-old coach took over as manager of the Uruguay national team in May last year. According to a report from UFABET last Friday,

Uruguay, under the control of Bielsa, has a record of 6 wins, 1 draw, and 1 loss from playing their first 8 games before a warm-up match against País Basco this Saturday, followed by a confrontation with Ivory Coast on Tuesday.

‘Above all is dedication and work. He deserves respect for what he thinks and believes. This is different from what we do in the national team. It’s a different style. different games and different intentions’

‘With him I have improved my mental balance and peace of mind. Because even though football with him seems crazy But in the end We worked hard on the balance of defense and attack. It makes us develop. It helps us know how to think in difficult times. It was more difficult for us before,’ Valverde said.

The 25-year-old midfielder has played 3,284 minutes this season, but he is still enjoying it. Because a football career is not very long. And also talks about the possibility of winning the double championship this season for Real Madrid.

‘It’s difficult but not impossible. We are Real Madrid, the team that has had the most success in the Champions League. And it is the team that has the highest priority. We have to show why we are Madrid and that we have won so many trophies. And we still have to be humble in the league to continue competing to the max.’
